Cites Diverse Background & Groundswell of Grassroots Support as Strong Foundation for Victory in November
Plymouth, Minnesota – The Kendall for Congress Committee today announced it has received the endorsement of former Congressman Erik Paulsen in the race for Congress in Minnesota’s Third Congressional District.
“I’m proud to endorse Kendall, and am confident he will win in 2020. Kendall’s life story is one of perseverance, growing up in poverty in Harlem, New York and in an Oklahoma trailer park, serving in the U.S. Army, and then working for companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Medtronic. Kendall’s work ethic and team-building skills have provided him with the background and experience to make an immediate impact in Congress on behalf of Third District families,” said Paulsen.
“It is an honor to earn former Congressman Paulsen’s support,” stated Qualls. “Erik’s common-sense approach to issues, his highly effective constituent services, and stewardship of legislation important to the Third District provides me with a successful roadmap to follow when elected,” Qualls said.
The Paulsen endorsement builds upon a long list of districtwide and national support received by Qualls for this high-profile congressional race. In addition to endorsements from the Freedom Club of Minnesota, 22 Republican Party chairs, co-chairs, deputy chairs and county chairs in the Third District, Qualls has been added to the National Republican Campaign Committee’s Young Guns program, and has been named to the Empower America education and training series.
Kendall Qualls is a U.S. Army Veteran, healthcare executive, and community volunteer.
